How does an order run from start to delivery?
Product preview, photo upload, project saving, package orders and payment, template selection, reviewing the finished video and sending revision notes all happen on the web. Production starts after the operator confirms materials and payment.
How do I choose a format?
Watch the video for each of the six formats to see the direction, then confirm a template after payment. Scenes for your actual product are settled by the operator in the storyboard and delivered as the finished video.
How much does it cost?
Packages of 1, 3 or 6 videos are bought once per project with no subscription. VAT-inclusive prices in KRW are on the pricing page.
How is the production schedule set?
The first result is delivered within 24 hours of intake, which starts once materials, payment, template and the internal storyboard are all confirmed. The delivery deadline is shown in your project.
